Pencil over paper map
I was intrigued by the title of this little book and its black line map was crying out for winds and things. Imagine a world when those conventions of map drawing, the gigantic animals the spouting sea monsters and the overlapping mole-hill mountains, came to life… a gigantic giraffe’s legs disappearing up into the clouds!
